  • What is Lifestyle Solutions by WorldMark (‘Lifestyle Solutions’)?
  • The Lifestyle Solutions by WorldMark (‘Lifestyle Solutions’) program provides its members with access to a range of benefits and discounts on services and experiences relevant to their everyday needs.

    Lifestyle Solutions is offered by Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific (‘Wyndham’) and benefits available are subject to change from time to time, which means offers can be added, modified or removed to ensure the program remains relevant to its members and continues to add value.

    Lifestyle Solutions also allows the opportunity for Wyndham to interact with members anytime they access products and services regularly throughout the year, not just when they may be holidaying with us.

    It is important to note, unlike ‘loyalty programs’ such as Flybuys or Velocity Frequent Flyer, points are not required to be earned in order to access or redeem any offers. Lifestyle Solutions members simply log in to access benefits and discounts at any time.

  • How does Lifestyle Solutions by WorldMark work?
  • We feature great offers on great brands, which are available for purchase directly via our website or via a third party supplier.

    If you would like to purchase a product listed on Lifestyle Solutions by WorldMark, head to www.lsbw.com.au.

    Please log in or create an account if you are not already a member, and enter your credit card information or alternative method via our payment gateway.

    When you’re ready to buy, click the 'Buy Now!' button.

    Once you finalise your purchase, we will send you a confirmation to your registered email.

    All of our deals are subject to terms and conditions set by Lifestyle Solutions by WorldMark directly or by third party suppliers on how and when to use them. It is important for you to read the terms and conditions for your order prior to purchasing any deal.

  • How do I access my Lifestyle Solutions by WorldMark account?
  • For existing WorldMark South Pacific Club Owners

    To log in to your account, click on the 'Login' link at the top right hand corner of the page. If you are already signed in, this will appear as your name. If you are not signed in, please enter your Owner number and the same password that you use to login to worldmarksp.com/signin.

    If you have forgotten your password, please proceed to worldmarksp.com/signin and select 'I forgot my password' to have us email this to you.

    For Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific staff members

    To log in to your account, click on the 'Login' link at the top right hand corner of the page. If you are already signed in, this will appear as your name. If you are not signed in, please enter your WWID number and login password that you use for signing into your laptop/desktop.

    If you are having trouble logging in, you will be required to reset your password on your sign in to laptop/desktop as the two will be integrated.

    If you're still having trouble, please verify your WWID number with Human Resources and your password can be reset by calling IT on extension 8911.

  • When I register, it says I already have an account?
  • Lifestyle Solutions by WorldMark login uses a unique identifier for each membership. If you are signed in using an email address, you are only eligible for one account per email address; your partner may have already registered using a shared email address.

    If you have forgotten your password, navigate to www.lsbw.com.au and click login. You will then be able to select 'Forgot Password?' and follow the prompts.

  • I don't remember the email address I used when I registered?
  • For privacy reasons our consultants are not able to see what email address you have used for online registration. We suggest you try all of your known email addresses at www.lsbw.com.au and click on sign in and then select 'Forgot Password?' to determine which email is a match.

    This does not automatically change your password unless you wish to complete the next step. If you do not receive this email please check your spam folder.

    If you no longer have access to the email inbox please contact us with your membership details and we’ll reset your account for you.

  • I have trouble logging into the Lifestyle Solutions by WorldMark website?
  • If you are having trouble accessing your Lifestyle Solutions by WorldMark account, please make sure you are entering the email address you used when becoming a member. Each email address can only be linked to one Lifestyle Solutions by WorldMark account. If you have multiple email addresses, try logging in with a different email address.

    You can also reset your password by clicking on the 'Forgot password?' link at at www.lsbw.com.au and click on sign in and then select 'Forgot Password?'

    Also we recommend you;

    • Check your internet connection

      We recommend using the strongest internet connection available, whether that’s wireless (Wi-fi) or wired (using an ethernet cable).

    • Check your browser

      We recommend using Chrome, Firefox or Safari when using our website.

    • Check your computer

      While it’s more likely that there’s an issue with your browser, you may occasionally run into an issue with your computer. Try these fixes if you’re experiencing some of the problems listed below.

      Common problems related to computer issues:

      • Your browser or page keeps freezing or crashing
      • You see security-related warnings in your browser
      • Images load slowly or partially
      • Your internet connection cutting out

      Restart your computer

      As simple as it sounds, restarting your computer can solve many problems. Try rebooting your computer and see if that fixes the problem.

      Try using a different device

      While not ideal, trying a different computer will let you know whether or not it’s an issue with your computer or with Pinterest. If you can use Pinterest on another device, then there may be an issue with your computer.

  • I've registered the incorrect email address.
  • Your account validation email may have been forwarded to the incorrect email address. Our Lifestyle Solutions consultant will need to assist, so please contact us for help as soon as possible. You will not be able to register again until we have reset your account information.

  • How do you join and access Lifestyle Solutions by WorldMark?
  • Lifestyle Solutions by WorldMark is free to join and simply requires an online registration.

    • For Privileges by Wyndham members:

      • Go to www.privilegesbywyndham.com.au

        • Login using your existing Owner number and password
        • Navigate to 'Lifestyle' under the discounts tab
        • Follow the prompts to complete registration

      Once registered, members may log into their Lifestyle Solutions account to access discounts and benefits through the above websites using the same login and password.

      Note: Only one registration permitted.

    • For WorldMark South Pacific Club Owners (who are not Privileges members)

      • Go to www.lsbw.com.au

        • Select ‘Yes’ to the question ‘Are you a current Worldmark South Pacific Club Owner, Discovery by Wyndham Member or Wyndham Employee? *’
        • Enter your Owner number
        • Follow the prompts to complete registration
    • All other members:

      Go to www.lsbw.com.au

      • Select 'No' to the question 'Are you a current Worldmark South Pacific Club Owner, Discovery by Wyndham Member or Wyndham Employee? *'
      • Follow the prompts to complete registration

      Once registered, Lifestyle Solutions members may access their account using the same login and password.

  • I want to sign up for marketing emails;
  • To subscribe to our newsletters (Lifestyle Mail):

    • Please write your email address below:

  • Why am I am not receiving Lifestyle Solutions by WorldMark emails?
  • Our newsletters sometimes end up in your email's spam folder, so the first step would be to check there. If the newsletters are being sent there, please add Lifestyle@wyn.com to your address book to ensure these are received. If you're a Gmail user, you may find that your newsletters are being funneled into your "Promotions" tab, which you can usually find on the left hand side of the screen along with your Inbox and Spam folders.

    If you've tried the above and still can't receive our newsletters, please contact the Lifestyle Solutions by WorldMark team by clicking on the 'I need more help' button and one of our friendly consultants will be available to assist.

  • The website is not displaying properly?
  • The Lifestyle Solutions by WorldMark website uses many different technologies that might not be supported by out of date browsers. To ensure you have the best online experience, check that your web browser is Chrome and the version is up to date.

    If you continue to experience issues, please contact us with your details about the device and web browser you are using. E.g.: I am using an iPhone 6 with Safari.

  • Where can I find all discounts I am eligible for as a member?
  • Once you sign into your membership account all discounts that are available can be viewed.

  • Can I contact Lifestyle Solutions by WorldMark online?
  • Yes, Lifestyle Solutions by WorldMark use a Live Chat service, this lets you chat online with a member of the Lifestyle Solutions by WorldMark team in real time when you have a question. It's an easy and effective way to chat without having to pick up the phone. Live Chat is subject to agent availability and, when available, a 'pop up' to chat will be displayed automatically. If a Live Chat agent is not available when you have a question, and your questions are not answered in our helpful and comprehensive list of Frequently Asked Questions, you can reach the Lifestyle Solutions team on any of the details below:

  • Where is my purchase?
  • Lifestyle Solutions by WorldMark purchases:

    To find your purchase, sign into your account and you will be able to view your orders under the 'My Orders' tab. You are able to view and print all of your purchases from here.

  • When is the discount applied when purchasing Wish Gift Cards?
  • When purchasing a Gift Card, your membership discount will be applied at the checkout, just before proceeding through to payment.

  • Why wasn’t my ticket or voucher attached to my email?
  • Some email applications block attachments from time to time. If you have not received your voucher, please contact our Lifestyle Solutions team for further assistance.

  • How do I download my membership card?
  • When you join Lifestyle Solutions by WorldMark you can download your membership card here under “Print your Membership Card”.
